FUNDING OPTIONS
Ways to Pay for Your Transport
TreeMs Service accepts private payment and provides invoices suitable for funding reimbursement. Here's how different funding types work with our service
How Payment Works

You pay us directly when you book (card, bank transfer, or invoice)

We provide a detailed tax invoice with all required information

You submit the invoice to your funding coordinator for reimbursement
We make sure our invoices include everything funding bodies need to process your claim.
Private Payment (No Funding)
You don't need funding to use TreeMs Service. We accept:

Credit/debit card

Bank transfer

Invoice (for ongoing clients)
All trips are priced upfront – you approve the cost before booking.
Support at Home Program
If you have Support at Home funding (formerly Home Care Packages), you can usually claim transport costs for:

Medical appointments

Therapy sessions

Shopping trips

Social and community activities
What you need to do:

Check with your Support at Home provider if transport is approved in your care plan

Pay for your trip when you book

Submit our invoice to your provider for reimbursement.
What Our Invoices Include
Every invoice we provide has:

✓ Distance traveled (km)
✓ Time taken (for Ride-Along services)
✓ Itemized cost breakdown
✓ Payment detials and date
This meets requirements for most funding body claims.
CHSP & Other Programs
Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and other community programs often allow transport reimbursement.
What to do:

Contact your program coordinator first

Ask: "Can I claim reimbursement for private transport services?"

If yes, we'll provide the invoice format they require
Each program has different rules, so checking first saves time.
Important Note!
TreeMs Service is a registered transport provider in South Australia. We are not currently a registered provider with NDIS, Support at Home, or CHSP programs. This means we cannot bill these programs directly. You pay us, and we provide invoices for your reimbursement claims. We are working toward full program registration to make this process even easier for our clients.
We DO NOT accept taxi vouchers (we are not authorized to process them)
